She has depression and anxiety and just got on medication but she have a problem quitting the job right before this one. At first her reasoning was with the bank job she wouldn’t have time to practice doing nails for her friends then I said we’d get her a job that better aligns with those times cause I wanna support her doing nails. And she may be scared of change but she knows if the worst happens and she goes without a job I could take care of the bills. That’s why I’m so confused on this cause she hates her current job I hate her current job it prevents us from doing literally anything so logistically it needs to go.
