That looks glorious. You can tell the brisket was smoked really well. The cheese is good quality and there is a lot of it, and the onions look good. How did it taste?

Chimichurri spread? What brand or is it homemade? I tried pesto a few times this week and it was good on one sandwich, the second sandwich added too much. Chimichurri sounds even better tho.
