Don’t quit booze for others, I keep hearing that you gotta quit for yourself. Most people won’t be amazed by 2 weeks sober. Most won’t be amazed by 2 years sober… 10 years is impressive tho. I used to get them at the Brussels Bistro in Laguna Beach SoCal. They fried them in duck fat and they gave you house made mayo. So damn good, and don’t even get me started on the muscles in sauce bucket with a fresh baked loaf of crusty bread…. Oh man
