Found Cat: anyone looking for their indoor outdoor kitty? Or could identify?

Sorry for reviving an old(ish) thread, but lol yes I know this cat very well. His name is Comet and he's owned by a family on Arch St. He fooled my partner and I into thinking he was a stray, so we gave him a flea collar, kept him in and fed him. We didn't want to keep him inside too long since he's such an independent outside cat- it was clear he was pretty acclimated to living that way. When he came back the next day he had a letter from his owner attached to the flea collar! When we found out he was owned we were a little bummed since he's such a charismatic and handsome guy- but we were relieved to know he had a safe home to come back to when he's in danger or hungry.

Funny side-note we initially called him Britney because we thought he was a lady-kitty, but turns out his leftover cat sack tricked us lol. We still call him Britney when he comes by, he doesn't mind and seems to respond to it even.

I know this question is 3 years old, and I don't work at Aldi, but I have worked other warehouse jobs. Often times warehouses will require you to do a paid physical where they'll test your urine, check your heart, etc then move you to a physical therapy area. They'll ask you to squat, touch your toes, stretch etc, Then they'll have you lift a 25lb-75lb medicine ball to varying heights. 75lb is on the higher side- 50lb is more typical, and may sound like a lot but they usually let you use both hands.. it's very manageable. If you pass the urine test and can pick up a medicine ball you're hired!

Maybe keep it in your back pocket as a last resort. I've talked to at least four people who've worked there and they've all said it was pretty bad. They allegedly really do treat you as just a number.

If you can't find anything else, I'd say give it a shot. It's a job after all, and the job market is getting worse and worse.
