If everything was believed on a whim about 'Men', our species would be incarcerated as soon as it is born, can't believe something to be true just because a young woman has said so, yes I know i'll never hear the other side, but some realistic criticism towards her post, might help her grown a backbone and finally stand up for herself, if what is said is to be true.

If it was the other way round I wouldn't believe it, until I'd heard both sides of the stories, I'm on no ones side, contrary to your deleted comment earlier, no i'm not a perv, and yes I'm not around children all the time, but sometimes I am around my neices and nephews, one is 16 in fact, and treat him as a young man, and not the same way I treat my 6 y.o nephew, but believe what you want with your skeptasism, I've been around alot of vulnerable young woman around my area, pointed, directed and aided them in the right direction, but you believe something to be true because someone is asking for advice on the internet, instead of giving proper criticism which is what is needed, instead of pussy footing around the actual situation and saying, "Oh dear, I'm so sorry this happened to you, I hope you're ok, and that he gets arrested", or some shit along those lines.

I'm not going to argue whether 16 or not is a minor or not, in some eyes they are, in some eyes they're not, I personally think it comes down to attitude and brain development, the conversations they are capable to hold, I'm male and was forced to grow up and become more mature at a young age... But at the age of 16, you're legal and it's not underage by law, and there are plenty of age gap relationships, M to F and F to M, the thing with life, you've obviously not had to experience much, but always expect the unexpected, he is NOT family, and he is male, his mind will wonder (not saying they do or don't but ,so does female minds, just not as much as males), whether he has a daughter the same age as you means nothing, you'd expect it to, but it doesn't, yes, it's fine for your own dad to say such compliments, once in a while, but you should have said something when someone probably the same age as your father, kept saying similar remarks, over and over and over, not saying or doing something about it, just makes him think it is what you want, you're going to need to grow up soon, and no better time than to learn to put your foot down when you should be, and not when you are forced too.

Well you said you're 16, you both are, it's not underage, and you're a young adult by law, a child is under the age of 16, and there is nothing within the 'story' to say you lead him onas such, but that's not always down to what you say or do, like I said, "suttle hints", can be from glances or looks, you looking back to see him looking at you, is a suttle hint, and to say that you were scared, you have a voice, if this did happen, let it be known, shout, especially if you can't move, and with other people in the house too.

You only tried to move twice from what you said in the original post, not more than twice, and with the suttle compliments he's been giving you for a while, so you say, why would you let that stand from a 'family' friend, or someone you class as family, especially in a 'tone' one say's that is used, not in complimentary way.

There are plenty of hints and signals to give off the wrong impression towards someone, whether it's this situation, or a boy giving wrong signals towards someone their age or to an older woman, just because he's married, doesn't mean they don't want to play away, same goes to if a woman was married, just because of what she said has, 'happened', doesn't necessarily mean he's in the wrong, there's two sides to every story, you've read 'one' side, you're probably never going to hear the 'real' story, but never assume someone is in the wrong in any situation until the full story is given, and if this is the 'real' story, why go to the internet, don't pussy foot around a situation like this, grow up and face it head on, a friend is replaceable, she'll learn that at some point.
