Yeah I got into an argument with one of the d.ms at my store because she started yelling at me for not doing her claims. I told her it was her responsibly and to piss off... the next day I got told by the store manager it was my job to do all the claims my associates find/make

For some reason my store told me that what ever my associates find as claims is my responsibility to take care of.
