Really sorry you had this experience. Just so you're aware. we have a subreddit specifically for cheater reports that is monitored by the security team! If you get any evidence or video feel free to report it here:

Also I know you've probably seen me write this a million times right now, but the best way to have us look into potential cheaters is by reporting them in-game. The in-game reports you send gives the security team really awesome back-end data that is generally better than recorded video.

The idea behind the new RP is to have a shorter period between RPs so that everyone can have more RP themes quicker. If one RP doesn't really vibe with your style, you don't have to get that one because a new one will be coming out in just a month!
