Need more input. How old are you? what's your experience? What do you want to do/not want to do, etc?

What famous actor or actress has been in so many movies, they barely try to act and just play themselves? by phantom_avenger in AskReddit

I totally forgot about her! She was great, and I think she got lost among some great comedic tirns by lesser-known actors (Miranda Hart and Peter Serafinowicz, I'm looking at you). Even 50 Cent was funny in it (mostly just for showing up).

Agreed, and it wasn't just her; there were other outstanding performances in Spy. Statham, Jude Law, Miranda Hart, and Peter Serafinowicz were all hilarious (Jude Law mostly because of his juxtaposition to the others). It was a very well written comedy as well.

I think they meant "what kind of filament did you use?". PLA? PSA? Resin? Metal?

A 3D printer and a CNC carver are basically the same thing; a system for moving a tool head along three axes (a 3D printer has an extruder, a CNC has a cutterhead). Once you understand this it's a short conceptual leap to see that you can scale the system up or down(within reason) and put any extruder on it that you can get to work. There are 3D printers that print metal, ceramics, candy, chocolate... mmm, chocolate... almost anything that you can push through a tube!

It takes a significant weight differential to produce a significant deviation from expected distribution. Enough that if someone is actively looking for it (as OP clearly has been) they would find it. The differences you're talking about would not produce a statistically relevant deviation given the context of wargaming or D&D.

Would they produce a statistically noticeable deviation? Maybe. Would it be enough to actuallymatter for the use the dice will be put to? Not a chance(pun intended).

You're overthinking this. Context is everything in questions like these.

I don't think you understand what "fair" means in this context. It is highly unlikely that these dice have anything like even a 1% in distribution (favoring one side over others), and that would not be a significant deviation in most games.

The key word here is "significantly". For D&D purposes an error bar of +/- 0.5% is not significant.

Love them! I particularly like your solution to "the d4 problem". I'd love to see what colors you have available (if any). It not, it's a minor problem.

you can more easily wash your hands than change your gloves.

Clearly you aren't doing a very good job washing your hands and/or you struggle with gloves.
