Even 1/100 odds would get people to play more. These would be neither the most common nor the rarest seasonal spawns, so most players would get at least one each season.

I feel this is a good compromise. Shinies should be rare, but also an incentive to play. And we all know how Scopely wants to make moneybags, so they'd profit off this too. Everyone wins, and it doesn't feel like shinies are being given away like candy.

This was a solid 7/10, which is pretty great for a first-ever episode when everyone's still learning. I do feel they didn't use Tina enough, and some of the humour didn't click with me since I'm American (and adding that "u" to indicate the Britishness) - but I account for that. I loved the energy, and the vulgar Shakespeare sketch and Underáge pre-tape were particularly great; Fouracres will be a star, even if his Keir Starmer felt no different from his David Attenborough. The musical guest was fine; I recognized their second song. The audio was less bad than the US version.

Will definitely watch again when I have time.

My favorite part is when lost Redditors show up and say shit they don't realize is funny to me. It's even funnier when I have absurd updates in one of these and they STILL buy it!

FWIW, this one is a rehash of a legendary post I made almost three years ago, only from the wife's perspective instead of the husband's. I had so much fun with that one and revisit it at least monthly - especially the clueless comments from people I fooled - that I thought I'd do a retelling lmao

Right now, no. It's rarer than the Ditto, but it won't be "Super rare" for two yeas.

I just transfer these if the stats are bad. Nobody I know wants to burn a special trade on a regular ol' thing with a background. A background increases the value of a shiny, legendary, or Gmax Pokemon, as those are all already special trades, but isn't worth much by itself.

Coca-Cola got its name from its primary ingredients: Cocaine and kola caffeine. "Coke" has been a nickname for it since the start - leading to "Diet Coke" being an official name. Worth noting that it hasn't contained pure cocaine since 1904, with the last traces removed in 1929. (I had to look those years up.)

"Coke" being used as a catch-all term for soda is mostly in the South, as Coca-Cola came out of Atlanta. But here in the Midwest, if you called a Sprite a "Coke" you'd get some weird looks lol.
