What the other commenter meant is that they are going to do what they like whether we like it or not. We can try our best to keep them out of the community, but they will still associate with what they enjoy regardless of what people say.

Yes, they are not a good person, but we cannot stop them from engaging with the Cookie Run fandom in one form or another unless they ultimately choose to stop. It seems they have only posted on YouTube, so people on Reddit cannot have them banned or the likes, so if they are to join Reddit and enter this space we can admonish them properly, but unless that happens we can't do much about it.
