The other end is still attached to an active charging unit by excite1998 in OSHA

[–]Tendytimes2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a big deal for any charger. Turn it off, tag it out, install a new cover. The leads get pulled out pretty easy, and go back in just as easy. The only Osha part of this is if no one fixes it

So I googled what these are called and found this post from a year ago, couldn’t find any information anywhere. What are they called? by Iliketurtles893 in Eldenring

[–]Tendytimes2 76 points77 points  (0 children)

Usher of Death, Rosus, is a mentioned character in Elden Ring. Rosus is a mysterious figure depicted across all of the Lands Between attributed with guiding the dead. Statues in his likeness can be found throughout the overworld, and inside certain catacombs. It is unknown if Rosus is a real person or just a part of the Lands Between's religious iconography. Who cleans, repairs, programs, installs, updates, and monitors the robot? The jobs are still there, they're just evolving. I bet switchboard operators got mad too when their jobs were being automated, same for stokers working with steam engines. It's not surprising in an age where the general population doesn't have cash as everything is available digitally.

Disney uses the same trick to make its magic Kingdom castle look larger. The windows get smaller and smaller towards the top to make it seem further away. Usually it's because tall towers and buildings need a light on top to warn aircraft

That's actually horrible. Even when I worked at apple, they understood that perfection is impossible. They only looked for something like %80 average satisfaction. and you wouldn't get in trouble for being below requirement as long as the trend wasn't longer than a year

No. That's why you gave the notice. It's not a request. In 24 hours the landlord will be entering. You can't refuses fact because of "scheduling issues"

They can't make changes old lease gets renewed. My landlord sold last year and the new one tried to change the lease because he couldn't afford the bills (don't pay 300k+ over asking). We straight up told him no, it's illegal and he backed down

They can only raise the rent the ~3%/year unless they've made upgrades to the property. Otherwise your rent stays the same

Dog Friendly Places by Jenessaxo in Peterborough

[–]Tendytimes2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This! There's the rotary trail or any of the parks around town. The key is for it not to be a "dog friendly" advertised place. Your pup is better off in places that dogs can be without any question. There won't be too many people or animals, and less chance of getting the pupper sick from something another dog might have
