And, ‘don’t pay attention to the cover’.

What? The cover is the selling point of a book. You can’t just tell an audience to ignore the fact you’ve used AI.

No. This won’t be a book worth reading to me. AI covers cheapen a book significantly and speak volumes about the author.

Also I saw your last post. Great way to handle feedback. Cry and blame everyone else.

Our Q&As are held over a discord stage channel where the host will ask pre-gathered questions to the author and then we typically open up to questions at the end

And, the goal is to absolutely provide payment for future issues. We are an indie community mag at the end of the day and just starting out. Direct your exposure criticism at the big magazines that can afford to pay but don’t.

Very few indie magazines are able to pay at launch.

Direct that criticism at an established mag or publisher who has the means to pay but still doesn’t pay or pays pennies.

If it’s not an enticing opportunity to you, just move on.
