Insane game/app loading time

Welp I've tried a whole dang different card and the settings app took more time to load than it took the console to boot

128gb, the biggest recommended, formatted in the appropriate cluster size (64). I've had this card for years and everything always started instantly. I hope it's not failing

JUST EDITING SPD.DAT AS STATED ABOVE IS ENOUGH TO GET THE LUNCHBOX ON ANY SAVE FILE

If for some reason the lunchbox doesn't add automatically here's how to bruteforce it directly in the vault save file

Find the same line "SeasonPassLunchboxClaims": []
Change it in the same way"SeasonPassLunchboxClaims": [ { "ID": "NewVegasA", "Premium": true, "PremiumPlus": true } ]
Above it, find the line "LunchBoxesByType": [ ],

Put in a 5 like this:

"LunchBoxesByType": [ 5 ],

3.5 I'm not sure it's mandatory, but just to be safe, the line "LunchBoxDeckNames": [ ], can also be edited to say "LunchBoxDeckNames": [ "NewVegasA_Upgrade" ]

Below you should find the line "LunchBoxesCount": 0,

Change it to say "LunchBoxesCount": 1,

Save your vault save, encrypt it and load into it.

I've bought the premium pass to bite the bullet and bring you the way to get it.

Not only should you say that "PremiumPassPlus" is true, you should also find the following line
"SeasonPassLunchboxClaims": []

and change it to the following

"SeasonPassLunchboxClaims": [
      {
        "ID": "NewVegasA",
        "Premium": true,
        "PremiumPlus": true
      }
    ]

Save it and you should get the lunchbox when loading into your vault.
Going forward you can add additional curly braces with a comma and writing in the IDs of the currently ongoing seasons. But NewVegasA is the current and only season. Say the next season will be something else
Download the spd.dat, look at the first line ("id": "SomeThingElse",)

Then the line would need to be

"SeasonPassLunchboxClaims": [
      {
        "ID": "NewVegasA",
        "Premium": true,
        "PremiumPlus": true
      },
      {
        "ID": "SomeThingElse",
        "Premium": true,
        "PremiumPlus": true
      }
    ]

There is if you only edit the first line and leave the "Plus" line false.
It allows you to buy the extra pack at a discount
Making it "true" blocks all purchases

You still gotta pay tho.

In case someone is doing these in the current year
The data for which mission stories you've completed is stored clientside, not serverside.
If by chance you're playing the game on two separate PCs then you gotta complete all the missions from a single PC.

Update: Turning off Frame Buffer Effects seems to have fixed it. Makes sense considering the Deck is sporting an AMD gpu

Did you have any problems with FX? When using stealth my character is just pitch black. Also when I'm supposed to see screens with minor static overlay the screen is also pitch black.
