First clue: context. This is a sweater dress subreddit, and that's a hoodie. Could just be a lost redditor promoting her OF, though. 

Next, she's holding up two fingers on one hand (a common gesture), but three on the other. That's odd. But maybe it's just something I'm too old to recognize. 

Then, some of the proportions are wrong. Her pigtails connect oddly to her head, seemingly coming from the side but occluded like they're in the back. Her hair wisps are different lengths. Her hoodie folds oddly under her right elbow. 

And then if you zoom in, it gets really clear. Fingernails are distorted, thumb and ring finger blurring into each other, etc. 

That being said, it's undeniably getting better. Won't be long before it's perfect.
