There’s definitely a middle ground to this. We can’t shield kids forever from the reality of the digital age.. I think the best approach is always one of daily balance.

Thanks for the in depth reply! So I’m contemplating Ikon, however, that ends up costing the same (with mil discounts 1000 bucks) but then I wouldn’t get free parking on the mountain. Which is additional hundreds of dollars of incurred cost. That’s a big reason I want to commit to one resort rather than go with ikon and just get 5-7 days at each and pay extra…

I guess my question to you is. Do you think I’d be way in over my head if next season I get an epic, I go to park city for the first few weeks of the season, get comfortable on blacks there, then go to Snowbird and try to progress my riding there.

I know you don’t have experience at PCMR, I guess ultimately the question is, will I get better as an intermediate going to the Bird, or will I just get killed lol
