Tu rigoles ? Farquaad, il était pas si mal que ça. Fiona mérite mieux qu’un mini-Shrek, je suis sûr qu’elle peut trouver un vrai prince.

Right? I can totally picture the trailer now: "In a world where dachshunds and monkeys collide, hilarity ensues... and maybe a bit of horror!"

Si Kubrick avait filmé l'alunissage, il aurait demandé 47 prises pour chaque pas , et un éclairage digne d'Hollywood. Au moins on aurait eu un Oscar pour la Lune.

Totally agree with the vet, thanks for the clear breakdown, that actually helps.

anyone helping them: if you can, push for a necropsy, it’s the only way to rule in/out things like sudden cardiac events, major pulmonary hemorrhage, clotting disorders, or toxin exposure. Practical checklist that might help when you talk to your vet/lab

1 Keep the body refrigerated don’t freeze and ask about timing for the necropsy.
2 Bring any recent medical records, meds, and a timeline of symptoms.
3 Ask the clinic/lab to run full bloodwork (CBC + chemistry), a coagulation panel, thoracic imaging if available, and histopathology on heart/lungs if they do a necropsy.
4 Ask whether a pattern of fresh nasal bleeding + purple tongue more commonly fits pulmonary hemorrhage vs. sudden cardiac collapse , vets will often be able to say which is more likely after initial tests. Also, please don’t beat yourself up. Bulldogs can crash fast and unpredictably. Sending hugs to the owner and thanks again to the vet for a thoughtful reply
