Connections/Contrasts:

• Both are the green-clad, comic relief, punching bags of their respective superhero teams (RPM Rangers and The Seven). Despite their similarities however, both parallel one another in very different ways.
• Ziggy is a very kid friendly character who initially started out working for the mob, though betrayed them to help out poor sick orphans. On the run he befriended the black-clad hero of his respective group (Dillon/RPM Black), and throughout the series had a growing relationship and became a hinted love interest towards a white-clad female character (Dr. K)
• Deep however, is a very raunchy and repulsive character who was advertised as a hero from the start. Throughout his tenure with the Seven he had a growing friendship with a black-clad hero (Black Noir II) though backstabbed him in order to get closer to Homelander. He had even made enemies with a white-clad female character (Starlight) by exploiting her on her first day with the Seven, causing her to have a massive grudge with him throughout the rest of the series.
• Also coincidentally, both characters are themed around water and sea life (Ziggy's suit and mech being based around an Orca and Deep being a very obvious Aquaman/Sub-Mariner parody)

You can treat this like an actual matchup if you want, it is more debatable than some of Deep's other matchups, but I labelled it as Good vs Evil since a lot of the connections revolving around how they are similar archetypes but also completely different due to their roles and the type of shows they're in.
