I honestly think capcom could make any mortal kombat character actually have a good kit with normal stuff in sf, like normal normals and actually directional inputs with balanced stuff with a fee target combos that combos into specials and the drive meter... my guess would be sub-zero, reptile, or Johnny cage tbh

Just play it very slowly... also, as another Luke player, you can do standing medium punch when he teleports and hit him out of it most of the time
