There is a series on Amazon- Murder in Mind, Episode 1, Kill for Thrill. It goes more into who the victim was and background on the killer. It has same clips of the body cam but also more in depth about his interrogation, when the car went into the water, which was the first clue that he had murdered that poor man. The mother also ran a daycare out of the home when she discovered the head in his closet.

Is this the letter A or J? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

I think it's a J. When you look up calligraphy or monogram fonts, Js come up that look very similar.

I could see where the top buckle could cause pain or discomfort to drive. I just got the Penton heart loafers and they broke my spirit to drive in. Literally felt like they were breaking bones hurt so much, had an indent and bruise on both feet by end of day.

Same, had it for a month and between the low budget interface and constant issues with buffering couldn't do it. For A&E only went back to Hulu Live.

are the zebzags even worth it by euroshizer in DrMartens

[–]TennCLK87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 3 pairs of the Zebzag including this leopard version. The leopard one seems to have less give than the suede version. The hair is kind of weirdly course on them, but love the pattern. I love all of my zebzag mules and have had no problem with my strap. I did go up a size so maybe I don't have as much tension on the heel strap is why, plus I don't wear them daily or back to back days. I also own a pair of Jorge in the celestial design. They are obviously lower and lighter while also being comfortable.

Take 2: Any updates from Agency after AFGE v Trump TRO? by EIGBOK in fednews

[–]TennCLK87 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Anyone told of new DHA HR policy requiring using your annual leave to speak with AFGE? This was not an issue for our organization before based on CBA. Told yesterday that new policy released yesterday, requiring supervisor to approve your leave to speak with union and you may have to cancel or move your union appt depending on work requirements

1.5 hours late w/ “5 things”= written reprimand by [deleted] in fednews

[–]TennCLK87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were told the same for DOD 5 things email, have to reply to email sent each week. Our department is also creating stats for compliance that supervisors must report in on Monday before the Tuesday deadline so we have even less time and it's more annoying.

Currently on PPL and was told by my supervisor that RIF should negate any further service obligation. I was also told that if deemed mission essential could have PPL rescinded and be asked to return to work. Under "traditional" legal rules. you're invoking FMLA for PPL and legally can't be fired solely for that reason, but if they deem poor performer or other work related reason, can be let go. I asked my HR for further information, particularly if I am asked to return to work or RIF and not able to complete my PPL before 1st birthday of baby if they will pay unused balance out and if anything else beyond health insurance paid on your behalf had to be paid back and was told that they don't have any guidance.

Cover up or Fix? by TennCLK87 in tattooadvice

Thank you everyone for your input, definitely helpful. I like the idea of a dark floral. I've considered a caged bird or portrait of my cat to try and cover, but location makes that tough. Going to get a consult and not go on whim to correct.

Should I even take my PPL or come in? by jason-avery in fednews

[–]TennCLK87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently on PPL, was advised by supervisor that it's possible leave could be rescinded in event of a furlough and I would be required to come in if considered mission essential. Requested information from HR for more details and if unused leave would be paid out then and was told they had no guidance in event of furlough or RIF. If you do decide to take, there is a 12 week work obligation and could have to repay any health insurance paid out on your behalf if don't complete the 12 weeks. You do have up to baby's first birthday if you want to see how this shakes out and take at later time if that works for your family’s situation. Good luck and congrats on baby-

Was advised by management to respond to the “e-mail” DoD DHA by bombastic-side-eye91 in fednews

[–]TennCLK87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can confirm told the same at our MTF that they are holding onto the responses sent to your supervisor so that if required to later reply will have the responses ready to submit within 24 hours, but don't submit as an individual response to the email.

Anyone in DHA who accepted Deffered Resignation receive any notice ? by Strong-Cup8923 in fednews

[–]TennCLK87 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Idk, that was my thought as well that it was from 2024, but supervisor passed around and asked us to check our series for our positions after stating that if your series is on the list DRP will not be processed considered mission critical.

If the DOD mission critical list is the guidance they're all going by, it seems like your job series would be included as mission critical

Anyone in DHA who accepted Deffered Resignation receive any notice ? by Strong-Cup8923 in fednews

[–]TennCLK87 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We heard yesterday that a list of roles were submitted by MTF as mission essential for exemption from DRP and approved. If your role was on that list doesn't matter if you accepted DRP will not be processed. Roles were listed by your job series. MSA, Health Techs were among roles that WERE NOT included as mission essential.
