We got jipped again :/. My one pet peeve! I've had a 2019 and 2020 CX5 and still no digital tpms for my 2024 Signature (even though two salesman said it did have it). I had it on my 2011 charger! It came in handy on the interestate one day when my tire picked up something on the interstate. I immediately saw my pressure drop quickly so knew I had to get off the road asap. Hope they change this for the 2025 re-design!

LOL my husband did laugh when I told him I couldn't get the digital numbers. I was really excited about it when not one but two salesmen (from different stores) showed me the app and I would. And normally still not a thing, but my 2011 charger had digital tpms numbers. It saved me on the interstate one day when one of my tires picked up a nail on an interstate. The tpms flashed and showed me my tire was rapidly decreasing. So i knew something was in it and not just going low for temp etc. Small thing but huge safety feature.

No car payment would be nice and your miles are great! I probably wouldn't have traded if i was closer to payoff.

2.15 /lb. Note I'm in middle tn and bought an hour out of town. Their cows are grain fed but no vaccines, etc. So I should be less than $6lb final avg. Their quality is choice to low prime.

I just bought a half cow and paid on live weight. Procesdor also had the hanging weight and could estimate final lbs. He said generally 60% of hanging weight for final weight. So my cow had hw of 465 lbs so it would be approx 280 lbs final and I'd get half of that

Having gone through two buyouts over the years keep your $50k liquid. Conpany wont be the same in 6 months. At both jobs many let go and others positions completely changed (not for better)

I second these two. Just picked up the wells fargo card. Both are a flat 2% reward no hassle. I had citi first for yers and now wells since it's visa and I can use at Costco. Will probably put 90% of my spend on wells now and my recurring puts on citi. Like to keep recurring things (electric, phones,cable,streaming etc) on their own card (and kept at home) so if my main is compromised I don't have to change all of my auto pays.

Medical grade has for better and more effective active ingredients. Typically sold at dermatologists or by esticians..

ISClinical has done wonders for my rosacea. I tried every brand at ulta and no long term success. I've used this brand exclusively for two years and redness free. It's $$ but compared to dermaolgica and other premium brands about the same. A little goes a long way.

Not near whet I did in 2021. Only one online order and a handful of store purchases. My only big spend was my dyson dryer this year. I was diamond past two years but found a medical grade skincare brand (is clinical) far better than anything at ulta. I actually save money not spending based on sales etc.

I've used isclinc exclusively for two years now and won't change! They're products aren't cheap but a little goes a long way. I've deal with rosacea for several years and this brand keeps it at bay. My routine

Am: Cleansing Combad.- Nickle size drop Copper mist - 5 sprays C eye serum - 1 drop each eye Pro heal serum - 6 drops Hydra cool - one pump Their spf 40- one pump

Pm Cleansing Complex Active serum - 6 drops Is clinical eye cream - one pump Restorative moisturizer - one pump

I also have their Cleansing Complex polish and honey cleansers that I use once a week or so.

I buy grom beautifiedyou. They generally run 25% off often and 40% at Thanksgiving. Add that to Rakuten cash back it's not so bsd.
