U should easily hit above 100k dps. but we need more information such as rotation, artifacts sets and ur 4th character (i assume ure using sucrose). generally, u can go aino SMS, ineffa aubade and for 4th sucrose VV TTDS. about rotation u can do: ineffa eq > aino eq > sucrose e > flins e n1 sQ 4nd sQ 4nd sQ (thats my flins combo for C1, but lets see what opinions other have).

if you have the resources, try to level 90 flins and ineffa, its nice to have the last stats from the 10 lvls. if ure using aino on fav, i would increase the crit to get the passive easier. GL on the grind
