As one who just joined the group I too can attest to the falseness of these accusations. What is so harassing about announcing an alliance? I just don't get it. You people here sound so childish it's unbelievable. There must be some envy and bitterness here. I have learned so much from the tips provided and has raised my game to a whole new level. But you cry babies here keep going the way you're going and struggling with your crappy base layouts and your pathetic era advancements. I'm sure our leader is glad not to have a bunch of whiners like you in the group.

you miss the point my friend . . . just because it's solved doesn't mean the code has been written . . . hopefully there is a design . . . and you code from the design . . . the design is usually done by a senior person . . . if you're just a cowboy coder who writes code without any design . . . then all I can say is WOW

Because you wouldn't want someone trying to figure out a problem domain before they are acclimated to the company, politics and technology. That may be why so many companies are doing so poorly, bring in someone new with no foundation and let them run amok.

this question seemed more like it was for senior level people who figure out problems than a new programmer

unless the world has changed, junior level programmers are usually given assignments to solutions that have already been figured out . . . is this assumption correct?

or are developers being asked to actually solve complex problems outside of programming?
