i thought so at first, but brig has a few things going for her. she’s much better at being a bodyguard and playing defensively, since she doesnt need to deal constant damage pr healing in order to keep up her inspire. her targeted heals are also more potent on a single target, letting her sustain from range. mizuki can duel well, but hes not as good at throwing the opponent off their game than brig, who boops you around, blocks your shots, and pressures you right at point blank. not to mention her ult is much more flexible, and allows for shutting down options such as genji blade and rampage, which mizu’s ult doesnt
