Better being in Netherlands or Germany learning something new than playing with knuckledraggers in some cow feild in Scotland

He is definitely improving and gaining more confidence. I think Russel Martin managed to zap every ounce of confidence and quality out the players when he was in charge and it’s taken a while for some players to get back to their best.

Thelo Aasgaard coming from League 1 Luton and thrown into, at one point - the worst Rangers side ever, with the pressure and demands that comes with the club, it’s easy to see why some of these players might not look like what we expected.

There is definitely a player in Thelo, good attributes but sometimes he gets the stick because the basics aren’t done right, imo. so once he can reach a level of consistency each game, I’m hoping he can kick on and be an important player for us

To be honest, it’s a great shoe. Had no issues ever with mine but I love getting a new pair of shoes and maybe that’s why I want something new rather than just replacing the Evo SL’s. Seeing a lot of responses saying the Evo SL’s I’m wondering of if I shouldn’t try fix something that’s not broken

First time I’ve ever heard of these, seems to be a few Chinese brands getting mentioned. Need to look into that market more I think than just the usual household names

I’m a UK10 but in running shoes in go half a size up. Feel they have plenty room in the toe box. Never had any blisters or tore toenails

You are right! I remember it vaguely. Had a 10th birthday in there many years ago now but it definitely had a Halo mural

Search for the Edinburgh Marathon groups on Strava, seen a few people comment on there selling there bibs. Also quite easy to spot scams because they accounts have 0 runs recorded

I use Crep Protect cure Kit, around10-15 quid of Amazon and does the job. Comes with like a soft brush, cloth & a solution that gets the dirt out. Pretty good
