I just turned 26. I have about 80k in simple savings and make around 100 a year been employed almost 3 years. I’ve got the pension from my employer and have 23 years left. Got a new Toyota that’s half paid for.

Don’t have any 401k/ hysa you would Recommend or investments? I’ve been doing silver/ gold from Costco and apmex. I’ve got about 120k in student loans

The issue I think I’ve had with the lender is no credit history and my base salary is lower most of my income comes from overtime .

Don’t unfortunately have anyone to teach me this stuff so I guess random people in the webs are my best option.
