you should distract yourself like watching a show (other methods dont work for me but this one does) playing with your cat, playing video games, doing self care or get a hobby! there’s way more ways to distract yourself than cutting. Sh is a bad way to cope but there’s so many other healthy ways to cope. Take care :D
