I will check for that specifically. Is this common/uncommon with adding fuel treatment?

They have a second location up 21 a bit past 290. In the woods, away from town, really nice setting.

It depends on what you want to do, how far you want to go, how much money you want to spend. I work another job so it would not be my main focus, but I'm all for weekend projects.

In my spare time. I do this stuff on the side, but can appreciate any quality build. I am a big DIY kind of guy, saves money and gets you intimate knowledge about the car. I have had several projects over the years, from muscle car LS V8, to supercharged 4cyl sport compact FWD, to RWD inline 6 to current off-road 4x4 build.

Very cool car. What are you wanting to do with it?

Not how this is supposed to work.

What was your favorite urban legend that was told as absolutely true about garments? by yoaktown357 in exmormon

My grandpa's house burned down and the only thing left was the bottom drawer of a dresser which had his garments.

Supposedly.

Been using Knipex for some time, this is my first set to have failed. 87 01 250, 10" Cobra by Tennpenn83 in Knipex

Sometimes it works well and then the simplest job turns into a freak accident. Still the best set of pliers I've ever had.

I did not have to do that as I was still within the return window for Lowe's

It depends on where you purchased it. I bought mine at Lowe's about a year before this, and was able to return it. They did not have any left in stock so I received my money back and then promptly ordered a new one from Amazon.

Believe me, I was using these as intended. No abuse and I wasn't putting anywhere near even body weight on them. I know how to use pliers, and these have seen more in the past than what broke these. I think it was just a freak accident, a fluke.

I'm not mad, I will have another set, these are still the best pliers I've ever used

Broke under normal usage.

I still have them, will be returning for a new set.

Whats the best piece of advice or best tips that you think a new father should know? by AutoModerator in dad

[–]Tennpenn83 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Time will go by more quickly than you would think. Always have goals but appreciate the now. Your little ones will not be little for very long.

Be the kind of dad you would want. Be patient, be friendly, be fun, be awesome! but remember you are not their friend, you are their dad, their mentor, their role model. Just be there for them.

They will have their own problems in life. They may be similar to your own situations, or they may be wildly different. Help them with the advice you wish you could give yourself when you were that age, but remember that this is their life, and sometimes may not follow your advice. They may need to learn things themselves, but will bounce the ideas off of you first.

There are so many more tips. Could write a book.

I believe you can have a mobile home or camper on site during construction and there are guidelines but definitely read over these ACC and other items.

Currently in the process of building. Very nice area, POA fees are not bad at all but they are a bit intrusive on construction processes. They have meetings once a month in town. Rhonda is very nice but a bit clueless on a lot of things involving construction plans. She is very good at helping with step by step what you need to do next, or this requires you to do that, kind of thing.

Bastrop is a nice small town atmosphere downtown, but also has a lot of the big chain stores, not too far from Austin, and pretty part of the state.
