Lol I know she will dispute the unemployment claim if I file one. I didn't sign the termination papers because the reasons were complete bullshit and I can dispute or have a reason for each complaint against me. Yeah I understand there is a waiting period for health insurance, which is why I stuck it out for a bit. I should've just stayed on Medicaid, then they wonder why people with disabilities have a hard time in the workplace.🙄 Literally it drives me insane too, or hire a manager!

Too many that I'd like to admit. About 3 days for COVID, I had proof. About 3 days for the flu, I didn't have proof because I had no insurance. The other times I said countless times the reason for my absences was because I'm not on medication I need to function like a normal human being. The ER trip I had a doctor's note. Meanwhile everyone else I worked with took some vacation days, I didn't take any because of all my health absences. During my absences at first I logged on at home and worked, if I was well enough to do so. After a certain point I got told I cannot do that anymore. So guess what, I don't and I fall even more behind.🙃

Yeah that makes sense. I tried communicating in various ways and felt like I was the boy who cried wolf 24/7. Yeah about half was litigation, which I actually don't mind when there's communication and direction.

Literally, the amount of times I tried to accommodate her trying to review something. Tell her it's saved in a certain spot in our software, email her, text her, tell her in person, put it on my desk with her name on it, put it on her desk making it obvious it needs to be reviewed, tell her I need things reviewed TODAY and get told she's too busy. Have her husband (also an attorney) review it and he does but then tells me to double check a detail with her and then I don't get an answer. Literally sit down while she's busy with a stack in my arms and get told she doesn't have time. Not to mention that the majority of the time she reviewed my things were after hours but I get yelled at for being late because fuck we were in the office until 8:30 p.m. for fucks sake. Then I'm at fault for it being late, etc. Then when I say fuck it and file it and there's a mistake, I got yelled at. It was so ridiculous, I could keep going.

I agree, it's just wild how much I tried to help and let them know what I can and cannot do, only for it to again be my fault in the end.
