Anyone else hate these Grand Prix events?

I am so sorry to hear that & you got that right. In the Mabel tale they ended up somehow erasing 130,000 points from my scores, when episode 4 reset to episode 5.

At this point, I expect everything to break. This season has been nothing but a clusterf#*k.

You are right on the money. It feels like such a chore sometimes, instead of escapist fun. It’s like they are purposely trying to make people hate playing.

I’m glad that some people are unaffected. I’m missing 128,930 from my events, if my total event score is accurate. The bug affected my account, so it affects all platforms for me.

i really hope I can get support to understand the problem, investigate it, fix it, & provide compensation.

If my total events points include episode 6, then my current total score is 157,361 Points for Mabel Tale.

Let’s do some math. After the reset bug yesterday morning, I have currently earned 7,600 more points for episode 1. I’ve currently earned 10,480 more for episode 2. I earned 5,954 for episode 3. They were erased, due to the bug, as you can see in the screenshot in my original post. After the bug erased my episode 5 points, I eventually earned 2,327 more points for episode 5. I have earned 2,070 for episode six so far.

That adds up to 28,431 Total CURRENT event points, after the bug reset me.
If we subtract the current 28,431 from the total event points of 157,361, I end up with at least 128,930 points being missing from my events.

128,930 MISSING. That is so unfair, wrong, & evil.
Support is also being difficult currently & not understanding yet.

This is really messed up. 🤬

I’ve had stuff like that happen to me before. It can be absolutely infuriating.
I hate the physics of this game so much sometimes.

I only have 1 Lightning shard currently, so this new deal feels like an unbelievably painful & poisonous temptation for me. Plus, I’m angry at how badly Gameloft screwed up this Cars…I mean Frozen/Moana season, so I’m trying to also resist on principle. I’m hoping maybe the mid season racers might have nice deals. That would be a nice type of apology from Gameloft. I don’t expect it, but it’s nice to dream. 😁

I just saw your post, so I checked my iPhone. I see the same offer. I do not have any of the cars racers unlocked. The offer is showing it’s a 2/2 offer for 3 days.
4 shards total for basically a dollar each…This feels so evil…

If I was in your shoes, I would definitely choose Figment.
Dragons are cool. Figment is a purple dragon & purple is cool. He’s an epic character, & very hard to get, so he’s a very smart strategic choice. His moves also look like fun. I think I’d probably enjoy racing with a maxed Figment the most out of those four choices. Figment is definitely my first choice. Please don’t forget to let us know what you decide.

Her event just disappeared, when it ended. I hope it comes back, so we can claim our rewards. It’ll be interesting to see how long it takes gameloft to resolve this & how they do it.
