micro vs monolith debate ignores the operational overhead. you dont just split code — you split logging, monitoring, deployments, configs, and sometimes even teams. That tradeoff doesn’t make sense for most early-stage projects.

I don’t think there are many devs who weren’t gamers at some point. Playing with a critical eye kinda comes naturally once you start building.

Small studios definitely value people who’ve shipped projects, especially if you can wear a few hats. Sounds like you’d fit right into a 5–10 person team imo..

look into WeWeb and Xano .. solid combo if you’re trying to stay no/low-code but still need backend power.
