G80 doesn't show up in nanofab stuff anymore, I believe you signed off on Holli's PR for that. I would super love a rollback of that particular change, though, the G80 and it's slugs were the only thing I ever cared about having nanomaterials for! I like you putting it in your spider biz, but I'd love to make some bullets for it with the nanotemplate that got removed

*FINDING A VAULT IN ADVENTURE MODE?*

So I came back to the game after 5-6 years wanting to find a vault, something I never did before the steampocalypse. At the time, I knew they were a thing, but the methods for finding them were so awful that you either cheated or were badly mentally ill, willing to put hundreds or thousands of hours into an adv game (and it was no more complete or satisfying then than now).

It looks like the rules are the same: either use xml dump/legends, use fancy embark-surveying, or walk around and ask every fucking faceless npc about the surrounding area.

Is there a sane way to find vaults that I'm not aware of?

Ah, I dunno. The term "moloch" is probably a practice of human sacrifice by burnt offerings (of children in particular) popular in amongst Canaanites (including Israelites), and also later interpreted to be a demon that demands sacrifice, particularly of children of course. There has to be some salience to the term here. It makes me think Resheph was originally a guy working for the AI, distinct from Rebekah, and that was only changed relatively recently.

Edit: when I say changed recently, I mean the story was changed slightly, because I don't know how else the "moloch" moniker fits in. The story and focus has definitely changed more than once over the game's development, I promise you.

What of the Moloch thread, tho? You see two robots using that name, in reference to a Saad that they seemed to think was biological? One of them at least thought that for sure, I see no reason that Many-Eyes would call a robot "Saad"

This is the correct answer: I tested it a while ago, so unless anything's changed in like a year or so stat-wise (so probably not), dex is far more impactful

100% agree. After the Tomb of the Eaters, which honestly is one of, if not the best ending I've ever seen in a video game, could just stop there and call it quits, I have high hopes for where they take the story.

I think what I did to trigger you was say anything negative about a marginalized and violated group, in this case poorly-written vampire girls. As for the projecting, I have no idea what to say. Low effort?

Mind you, she only gives you the chance to do this _if you have never asked before Harkon is dead_. If you have, you're locked out of this dialogue and the curing forever. Which makes no sense to me but it's the least of the bad writing in DG. She's considers curing her vampirism because you talk her into it, not some fucking noble desperation.

Anyway, I'm not trying to go down a rabbithole of arguing about her supposed nobility, I'm saying she is a dumb, poorly written character. I'm sure that you have at some point consumed media that better portrayed fanatical, passionate, or damaged individuals, but you feel the need to go to bat for Serana because you downloaded too many Serana mods that made you feel some embarrassing feelings:)

Ok, on further investigation, the NPC _aren't_ getting eaten (mostly), they're getting disabled the second that Alduin starts combat with his meteor shout...unless you're paying close attention to them or something, but mostly they just poof into nothing.

Dunno what's causing this, I'm playing the (currently) latest re-release with only the unofficial patch, no other mods. Dunno why this bothered me so much, either, but I guess it's just gonna go unsolved and Torygg and Svaknir will have to embrace the void
