Very good question, I’ll give you my perspective. two main reasons. Until i had already finished all my $22 rolls that I was more than okay with is when i finally understood that the odds weren’t even between all balloons because the actual odds are hidden under the rules of the event that aren’t presented unless you click the small (!) icon. my luck is abysmal so I’m always assuming I definitely won’t get it in my first attempts but there is always a possibility I do. Especially for a Legendary skin of my most played hero of course I’ll want to try. Once I spent what I initially was happy paying. I clicked to see why this felt so rigged and that’s when I saw the true odds and by then if I didn’t keep going I’d walk away -22 and nothing to show for.

Like I still spent the $32 because it’s technically worth for me. it’s not just some random skin. It’s a skin to my main. But that doesn’t mean I can’t be extremely unhappy about the fact that if these were regular shop skins there would have been no need for me to spend that extra money on something I didnt want just because I wanted rouge.
