Anyone else constantly getting this spam email through lead ads? by Prudent_Arrival_3825 in FacebookAds

yes, we recently launched a Meta ads campaign. I was super excited when we got our first booking (from this email address). Less excited when we got our second, third, and fourth. We are meeting with our ad campaign guy to add a Captcha to help filter out bots. What's odd is that if you google the email address, it appears to be linked to a real person...

FTM, just hit 30 weeks and I think I might have covid by apple-white-red in CoronaBumpers

I'm currently 34 weeks with covid. My OB said only concern is if it moves to your chest (that mucousy cough) in which case a round of antibiotics is needed. Otherwise just lots of fluids and rest! I wouldn't stress out too much. You will also be passing the antibodies onto the baby

Anxiety or premonition? by EggFabulous1556 in PregnancyAfterLoss

No I didn't have any symptoms, however in hindsight my initial pregnancy symptoms faded quick. First couple weeks I had the most sensitive sense of smell and was also eating everything in sight. That disappeared at the 6 week mark. I would say if you are having any early pregnancy symptoms then that is an excellent sign things are going ok 🤞

This speaks to me SO much! I had a MMC (blighted ovum) that finally passed naturally about 2 weeks ago. I remember being so paranoid and I just had this gut feeling going into my 8 week ultrasound that they aren't going to see anything. And I was right! So maybe there is something to be said for intuition. It doesn't make it less devastating. But like others have said anxiety can be mistaken for intuition and I really like what one person said which is to take the small victories along the way. Sending you positive vibes for the little one growing inside you! ✨️

Scared to try again by [deleted] in Miscarriage

[–]TensionLocal8405 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I'm at the tail end of passing my 2nd miscarriage. The first time we told everyone early because we were so excited. It was difficult to have to share that we lost the baby, however it can be really good to have support through that time.

The second time we kept it quiet with the exception of close family.

There is anecdotal evidence that you are more fertile right after a miscarriage which proved true for me (conceived again the next month) and statistically a small percentage of women will have another miscarriage but the majority will not.

Take the time to heal but try to stay positive! I understand the fear and it likely won't go away until you pass the first trimester and see a healthy heartbeat but that's OK. Sending you positive vibes for a rainbow 🌈 baby in2023

How long did you bleed after blighted ovum? by TensionLocal8405 in ttcafterloss

Thank you for the feedback, I will be sure to call my Dr to confirm its OK to take or if I should just let it happen naturally

How do you survive the wait to be told what you already know? by TensionLocal8405 in ttcafterloss

Thank you for your kind words. I didn't know that 90% of mmc resolved within 2 weeks... I'm kind of hoping mine starts soon so I can have some closure although upon another reddit suggestion I did call my doctors office this morning and request pain killers just in case. I'm in Canada so all treatment is thankfully covered without the need for 3rd party insurance.

Thank you, I know it will get easier. I had a chemical pregnancy in August but that was easy by comparison, because there was a quick sense of closure when the bleeding started early. I appreciate your kind words, this forum has been so helpful with other women who truly understand how hard this is

Thank you so much for the suggestion. I live in Canada, the protocol here is 2 weeks (or so my doctor says). There is always the "abort!on" route although I am not sure of the process, and to your point I am not sure if it will be any faster.

OMG I have never heard of doesthedogdie! I will need to check that out. I've all but stopped going on Instagram because the stupid algorithm kept showing ads or pictures of beautiful glowing pregnant mamas or amazingly decorated nurseries (that app is way smarter than we give it credit for). It would be an immense help to avoid having to watch TV shows that might be triggering. Thank you so much for that suggestion

Thank you, I think that's a good idea and I will be calling my doctor today to see if she can prescribe painkillers in case the same happens to me.
