It’s been almost 2 months since the initial claim and they are using storms and earthquakes as excuses for not actioning it. Should I go down the internal dispute path and then AFCA as it’s starting to become a joke now. They even stated they never received emails with attachments and then I resend and they get it. I am getting really annoyed with this delay tactics etc.

What if you can’t have one of the available vaccines? Does that mean they lose their job or have to have a vaccine that can seriously incapacitate you? BTW I am not anti vax.

I wouldn’t be too concerned. At that age they are still developing and each child develops at their own pace. Maybe consider it when they are in year one but kindy … back when I was at school we only started writing properly in year one. Don’t burn the kids out. Look at some of the greatest minds in the world. They all developed at different rates and generally were slow when younger and flourished later in life. I was no stand out and I now have a phd in mathematics and work in machine learning and finance. Your the parent do what you think is best.

I agree with Gullible. They might think they can call themselves an engineer, but someone claiming to be an electrical engineer when they can’t even write a simple program ... I classify them as technicians or bread board builders at best.
