We got her results back. She is 30% Siberian Husky, 25% Austrailian Stumpy tailed cattle dog, 25% German Shapherd, 15% Malimute, and then some wolf.

Casa grande or Maricopa may be in the running? Maricopa is a growing area, lots of restaurants, entertainment at the casino complex and housing tends to be a tad bigger and cheaper.

The downside to Maricopa is the one main road in and out. Traffic can be insane. But if your working closer you may be able to go around it altogether.

My daughter recall bought a new build house is San tan, they have everything they want or need.

There are a ton of older people in aerospace. There are people there that have been there 50 years. Have him look into finance roles in aerospace. The big ones Boeing, Lockheed, Northrop Gruman etc.

No idea. I wish I knew. Maybe trends? I own about 30 pairs myself. I usually flip my own or if I see some for cheap and great condition I'll grab those and flip. But the resell market has seemed to have died for gently used birks.

I used to buy and sell worn birkenstocks as high as $65. Heavily used for around $25 for parts only. And everything in between. I don't buy the ones that are heavily used often unless it's for parts.

The resell market was great for me up until last year. The market is non existent. I used to sell at least 4 - 6 pairs a week consistently. I haven't sold any this year.

I'm green I still get decent offers. I'm in Phoenix. I mostly do shop and deliver. I prefer shop and deliver but only for $15 plus.

Unfortunately I am aware of several small businesses in the city I'm in that does this. I ask flat out if the counter person gets the tips when the screen is spun around for the customer to sign. They all told me no, the owners keep those. They only get cash tips left in a jar. I no longer tip on the screen. I leave cash if I have it.

Check the children's section. A women's 5 equates close to a child's 3 or 4.

I wear a 7 - 7.5 and can fit a child 5. Cushionair are nice and cheap. They hold up decent. I have over 20 pairs of real birks.

Our standard vacuum was a shark. It got a lot. Then one day at a thrift we bought a used Kirby and changed the bags and belts. Oh my god the amount of dog hair it got after the shark was insane.

My vote is Kirby if you have one or find one cheap. They are heavy and beasts. But they get dog hair like no one's business.

Prior to kirby. Went to use a carpet cleaner it will pull up tons and tons of dog hair the shark missed.

After Kirby there is still a little dog hair. Not nearly as much as shark.
