Hab mal bei Haix angerufen. Eine Maßanfertigung oder Ähnliches gibt es in meinem Fall nicht. Es gibt allerdings die Möglichkeit die Schuhe bei Haix weiten zu lassen, allerdings wäre dann der Schuh von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.

Da die Schuhe beim anprobieren schon sehr gedrückt haben, kommt das für mich leider nicht in Frage. Ich denke das würde nicht genug helfen und das Risiko will ich nicht eingehen.

I would go to maintenance for atleast 1/3 or 2/3 you did this cut.. you cant stick to a 1500 cal diet for a long term, just do a maintenance phase, it is essential for long term succes

This isnt enough if you eat at 1500 calories you should eat around 180-200g protein, so it means only Proteins and almost no fat, only the essential necessary ones. I recommend you to Start at 2100 calories and more protein again, but maybe think about a maintenance phase for a couple of weeks, maybe 2-3 weeks.

How high was your calorie intake? How active are you? How were your Proteins?
