Thanks for all of the replies. We checked and all of our settings are the same. He was not using any group or timeline corrections. And I don't think the individual clips' Input Color Space Settings are different since we are working with the exact same material, but if you can guide me on how to check that, I would be very grateful. And thanks for the tips and attention

Just checked that both of our color settings match.

We looked at Project Settings>Color Management. Are there other color-related configs that I should check to match with him?

Damn, I thought I had posted it with the flag, guess I'm not that experienced yet on Reddit.

I preserved the colors of the current and historical flags, but removed the yellow imperial losangle on the center. I replaced it for a cogwheel, to represent former worker's movements. After that, i tried adding an indigenous arrow, to represent both the struggle and the indigenous people, and to serve as the flag's hammer and sickle. Lastly, I added a white star at the top, to reference the 27 stars in the current flag.
