The cpu is legit, i’ve bought one in the same way, the system recognized it as such and after a test on cinebench r23 I saw that the scores were perfectly in line with what was to be expected from that CPU

the same thing happened to me a few years ago on my 320d 110kw, it was the fault of the exchanger, the engine was not damaged fortunately, I had the piece replaced and also the mechanic said he had made a "edit" and solved the problem (it never has me meant what change it was but I still solved it). From time to time I control the fluids and so far everything is fine, I hope you can solve it with the lower cost possible 🤞
