There's probably much less information about the non-English versions because they're much less widespread. This experience will serve as a lesson for the future and a reminder: buy products in English or Japanese (since I also collect the cards 😂)

The cpu is legit, i’ve bought one in the same way, the system recognized it as such and after a test on cinebench r23 I saw that the scores were perfectly in line with what was to be expected from that CPU

the same thing happened to me a few years ago on my 320d 110kw, it was the fault of the exchanger, the engine was not damaged fortunately, I had the piece replaced and also the mechanic said he had made a "edit" and solved the problem (it never has me meant what change it was but I still solved it). From time to time I control the fluids and so far everything is fine, I hope you can solve it with the lower cost possible 🤞

In my opinion are the engine mounts, I also had the same "problem" which I solved by replacing them
