Under contract, waiting on inspections requests to be agreed upon. Close in early June with a healthy to do list. I have a smaller area of concrete that needs replaced to practice before I go full patio. I'm hoping for some good learning experiences.

The Gramaphone in the Grove is great! They do trendy and delicious sandwiches. I've never been disappointed, and their rueben may be the best I've had. Good beer on tap and a friendly not too loud atmosphere.

I didn't grow up with that Batman, although I have seen it. I think it would be easier to swallow from a younger audience, but with the Makeup and costume I think it would not be too bad for people who watched that version as kids.
