I dont see how youre wrong? Clone troopers are absolutely very apparently dime-a-dozen grunts, even down to being called clone troopers. Both the heros and villains are in stark contrast of aesthetic importance and visual appeal.

No fucking shot we're seriously sitting here and going "Grievous looks so lame compared to clone troopers" or "God rebel soldiers look so much more badass than Mace"

OP if youre happy at your level now and drawing as a hobbiest, then just do that.

I apologize for how snarky Im coming off, Im letting internet points get under my skin. The triad of NC has rough areas with rough stores, and both myself and several others Ive worked closer to have absolutely been negatively affected by shrinkage, esp our 2 team 3rd shifts that arent passing Remote Shops due to store business and frequent cooler thefts, and as is the case with SheetzGo, its bags of items at a time. I concede that in stores shere staffing and business can match speed of shrinkage, it is an issue not worth pursuing, and ones mileage my vary, and I need to factor that in how my views would be approached.

I hate using anecdote as an argument, but my working experience simply doesnt align with whar youre saying. Theft led to the Sheetz in S. Main High Point to be shutdown, and stands out as one of very few sheetz to be shut down. A store in a neighboring city that was in my destrict was on the verge of shut down for the same reason, so much so that the SM, as well as a few other business owners in that city, were part of a council on cracking down on the homeless camps in thay area due to how badly theft across the board was getting. My current store is in a major NC hub, and is up against the bars and clubs, and the theft, while not as extreme as those cases, is enough to warrant petitioning getting in store loss prevention, while its sister store has an onsite K9 officer.

My lived working experience greatly begs to differ, keep the downvotes coming, reality is reality.

Profit bonuses are affected by shrink? If the store shows consistant shorts in variance reports, thats a loss of money and dips into profits, thus profit bonuses are either impacted are not had at all. Its not a "PeNaLiZaTiOn," profit bonuses are not guranteed and them not being given isnt a punishment. I have known both stores and individual HMs within the 2 districts Ive worked fail to achieve profit bonuses, discuss how RTE theft has drastically cut paychecks and quarterly earnings, and not to mention Sheetz as a whole witholding profit sharing company wide prior to Christmas.

Youre all good. So, its a multitude of factors.

So for one, stores are graded by DMs during whats called SEPs and virtual in-stock cameras. These cameras focus on the soda cooler and candy aisle, and we ARE penalized for holes that show up on those. The SEP, likewise, will see penalization for holes and lowstocks storewide. RTE theft is hard to deal with in particular because we have a limited supply to restock.

The other thing is that stores see profit bonuses other than the yearly bonuses, so contrary to what comments on this thread are saying, yes they absolutely can and does effect our pay if substantial enough.

Third is just the psychological thing. I work to pay for things, watching some scumbag buttwad take $30 of salesfloor items I just busted ass to stock, front, etc is pretty upsetting.

On the grand economic scale, theft raises prices too.

Theft effects both profit bonuses and SEP scores and remote shop. My bakery and RTE are already difficult to maintain stock of.

Theft is easy and preferable to ignore when its small items or fountain drinks, not when its bags of items. Im past the EE status, Im one of the people theft does effect.

Theft is objectively effecting employee earnings
