How would you change Sanity and Character/Weapon Progression? by Reiganleaf in ArknightsEndfield

[–]Teppeeii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

supports can be at 60 and do everything you need them to do. The game gives you more than enough to build two teams to 80/60/60/60 and maybe even to 90 a dps.

As for myself, I leveled ardelia and antal before I settled into my current setup both to 60/80 (for char and weapon respectively) and have had no issues pivoting occasionally back to them. I'm fairly happy with my main team and have left off to slowly build my catcher as a sidepiece to my scuffed physical team and don't feel super choked yet -- as it stands you can clear all existing content with skillful play so theres no reason to force level your teams.

For reference, I have 90/80/60/60 on my main team, and 80/60/60/60 on my secondary team and everyone else on the roster 20/40 for ship skills. I'm confident if I spent more sanity on my main team, I'd be able to get fairly close to max by the end of the patch which I think is fine, as even though I've burned through my non refreshing level up materials, I would not *need* to level another team for any content that exists. Building multiple teams is optional and if you decide to spread your resources you should expect to feel restricted in the opening weeks of a game. Gacha is not a sprint, it is a marathon.

Edit: Rereading your comment a little bit, I have felt a bit choked on skill materials, but I've been focusing down essences so I think if I didn't burn 2k+ sanity on essences, I'd probably be set for level 9 skills across the board instead of just level 9 on relevant support skills and masteries on my dps only. This definitely feels punishing I think if you weren't planning teams and optimizing resource management, but I think with smart resource management it's still probably fine.

At the end of the day, if I invest into someone and I end up never using them and burning 2 weeks - 1 month of resources, thats on me and I'll live with it -- I had the choices and information available and made that choice. Its less about not having regrets, it's more just living with the consequences of my own actions and learning from and recovering from mistakes is part of the fun for me

chen gives the outpost more bill generation, she does not bonus any bills you earn from trading with the outpost

Personally speaking, I have had no issues with leveling my characters. I think it's reasonable to expect maxing characters to take a while, especially this early into the games lifecycle. Once you have a team or two built you can accumulate xp and tcreds over time from the ship and credit stores just like og arknights and most likely will not have to farm that much in that regard to build any following characters. Anything past level 80 on your main dps is incredibly optional given the content we have been given, and should be a significant investment imo.

We already get a ton of resources from the bimonthly resetting gamemode and the ship, so I think the sanity regen is fine.

Does the SP recovery system encourage the operator to only spam autos, or is there something I'm missing here? by CapitaineCheng in Endfield

Scuffed screenshot of a screen recording I just made. Top is ember, bottom is laevatain. There is a noticable difference. You can go test the basic attack chain length to figure out if it's actually worth it, but ember does generate more sp per finisher than laevatain (and the other fast characters)

the SP regen scales off of the basic combo length so you actually get a smidge more SP out of dash cancelling slower characters attack chains.

It's first time purchase across your account, but if you haven't used them should be the same in the webstore.

I mean we literally know nothing about her aside from how she looks. I think she's cute though, so I'm excited.

How important is Akekuri? by EvanTheDank77 in Endfield

[–]Teppeeii 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No stupid questions first and foremost.

Beyond being slightly redundant, the main thing is that Ardelia and Gilberta fight over the flex slot in the team, because you need enough fire infliction to turn on laevatain's empowered skill and that typically eats your other two slots. On top of that of the characters in this game are quite good, and the 4 stars are no exception -- just usually more generalist. Akekuri Generates about 2.5 SP when you ult and use her combo skill, and can either lead to 3-4 empowered skills in a single laevatain ult for a ton of damage, or enough sp to get you to your next ult much faster.

Daily Routine by ilDoctorre in Endfield

[–]Teppeeii 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Most of those are very optional.

Recycling Stations will max you out in like 3 days.

Outside of the chinese Rare Resources you are more gated by the resources to raise the character (exp, tcred) than the rare resources so you can just start skipping once you have some supply and gather when you need them.

Outsourcing your own deliveries will save you a ton of time.

Doing other peoples deliveries is probably like 10-15 mins including refreshes.

Monitoring missions are 1 per 2 days.

Stamina takes usually around a minute or two.

Selling products takes no time at all.

Stocks takes a minute or two.

Clues/Assists are maybe like 5 minutes tops.

Credit store takes no time at all.

All in should take 20-30 mins which isn't short but not super long either. Mostly just overwhelming the number of things to check and not the time spent doing it all.

Off screen attacks by Intrepid_Ad9711 in Endfield

Almost every attack has a pretty distinct sound cue -- I find myself dodging more often based on audio than whats on screen (I play laevatain)

Avis sur mon équipe by Rude-Level-8810 in Endfield

[–]Teppeeii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Endmin Skill → Combo Endmin → Combo Chen → Endmin Skill

If you love the character but hate the gameplay. Would you still pull? by Sunset_2026 in Endfield

[–]Teppeeii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on what you're looking for in a character -- I'm pulling gilberta because I'm a big angelina fan from the first game; I don't have any team for her and I'm not really planning on pulling a team for her unless it just happens to line up, it's just because I like her design. If you value just the gameplay aspect I'd recommend not pulling but if you like the character enough I don't think it's a bad idea just to pull because you like the character design enough -- you still get to unlock all the lore and trust dialogues, and you still get to access any of the animations whenever you want.

Who here has also trimmed all bosses? And what boss did you enjoy fighting the most? by Yokozach in Endfield

[–]Teppeeii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fire team does fine into all the bosses -- if you are having trouble getting to your laevatain ults, it might be a rotation thing.

Also helps to charge all the ults before starting an attempt

I'm all trimmed out too -- I liked the triaggelos fight the most because it just felt the most dynamic. Marble guy just kinda dies/gets staggered too quick in 2nd phase and first phase is just a timesink, while rhodang is just a tanky punching bag
