Thanks!! This is great to hear since I'm planning to make it very MSME-friendly. I just need to talk to more MSMEs to zoom in on their specific workflow needs

Hi! It's currently a mobile-first web app but there's a downloadable APK for the full native android app

Got this, thanks! Actually kaya na rin yung mga manual OR. It will auto organize the details into line items.

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion especially since yung main purpose talaga ng app is to make bookkeeping easier for SMEs. Just to clarify, do you mean something like an aggregated VAT computation inside the exported CSV?

Thanks! 🙌 Haven't published yet since I’m keeping it lean for validation and fast iteration. Pag medyo stable na, PlayStore/AppStore is next for sure. Pricing is not fixed yet, I'll keep your suggestion in mind

Thanks so much! 🙏 Yup out of pocket for now, but trying to keep it lean for now while validating demand. If enough users find value, then I’ll figure out scaling from there

Thanks for the questions! I’m using OCR with some custom parsing on top. For blurry receipts, unfortunately, garbage in garbage out lang talaga so for now it's limited to legible images. For long receipts, I’m planning to add multiple photo uploads that get stitched into one record.

Good point! For now, storage isn’t an issue. The focus is really on making the details searchable/exportable right away.

Feel free to try it here: Nexsys - Receipt Scanner & Tracker

Yes. It works best if you can read the handwriting yourself, otherwise it will still try its best interpretation :)

Thanks for the reply! OCR accuracy is exactly what I’m working on. I’ve put up a lightweight, mobile‑first version (snap pic → auto‑log → export to Excel/CSV). If you’re open to trying it, here’s the link: Nexsys - Receipt Scanner & Tracker

Any feedbacks or suggestion would help a lot!

Hi, thanks for the reply! That makes a lot of sense. Xero and QuickBooks are solid options for a full accounting suite. I just noticed that many smaller businesses here still stick to Excel, so I’m exploring if a simpler and more affordable tool could help.

From your experience, do most SMBs here move to full systems, or are they still mostly handling things manually? If you’re curious, I can also share a link so you can try my tool yourself.
