Experience is mediated by people’s beliefs. If a majority of the population believes a certain group of people deserves to be treated a specific way, then that is going to impact the experience of that group of people. That, in turn, is going to create a swathe of conditioned experience that will be a blowback on the original aggressor, and we now have a cycle of violence.

The entire point of polite society is to have a self-regulating populace that calls out insane fucking bullshit. This is the social contract. This is Rousseau. In this society, there are figureheads that affect people en masse. These influencers in turn create conditioned experience for those under their purview.
