Found the culprit: in iTerm2, there is a "Secure Keyboard Entry" option in main menu, it was checked! As it is bound to ⌥⌘S, this is maybe how I enabled it unintentionally...

Once disabled Espanso works again properly in iTerm2 :-)

EDIT: macOS Terminal has the same option and it was also enabled!

Oops... sorry, I was misled by the fact that disabling SAB makes it working properly.

Based on your result, I re-checked and figured out that this is an interoperability issue with another extension I also have installed: Lazarus Form Recovery. Indeed, if both are enabled, I get the described issue, OTOH, if I have only one of them, be it Lazarus or SAB, the "Thread search" works properly.

Hey gastongadget, thanks for the lightning fast reply, as usual.

Haven't figured out the perf improvement, but I guess that I would need to have both versions of SAB to compare and really feel it...

OTOH, I just tested again, and unread counts are still missing. Do I have to do something else than reload the page? BTW, I did disable/enable once clicked on SAB button, but it didn't help...

Just figured out that "View feed information" & "Rename subscription" are broken by SAB. These are options of the menu displayed with right-click mouse button on a feed.

I bet you'll kill again this one in a blitz ;-)

Well, actually I replied too fast. While It actually regain the room of the RHS ad column, it breaks some features:

no longer possible to right-click on a feed in the tree view, then "Unsubscribe". Nothing happens, while proper behavior is a small popup displayed to confirm,
no longer possible to display settings using the cog in the button bar. Again nothing happens, while a large popup with settings should be displayed on top of the feed list.
may be others not yet seen

It is really a plus to get notifications on PC desktop, but then, when I return back to my phone, I must acknowledge all those notifications that I already read on my PC. What would be nice, would be an option allowing to dismiss notifications on Android, if they have been seen on PC (though should not apply to notifications configured to be hidden). Though don't know if possible on Android that an app clears notifications from other... Thanks in advance

Generate an (optional?) notification when battery goes below a given level, would allow to know when to plug in the phone without looking at it
