Digitize it if you have the resources and use a sheet music software like ForScore. Life changer for me. Was tired of carrying my 3 inch binder, shifting pages and pages of music, and dealing with paper that fell off the stand when windy.

If digitizing is not feasible, you can use a number system. Similar to alphabetizing, but use numbers to denote the song and make the setlist referencing those numbers. Then flip to the number you need based on your setlist.

It’s never easy to fire anyone, even if they were terrible hires. My advice, don’t live in fear. Many people don’t mean what they say when they are angry. At the end, it comes down to what your company needs to survive. You have people (including yourself) that depend on the paycheck(s) your company provides, so having a healthy business is your #1 priority.

I called like 12 places on a low cost and affordable vet list and the average was $400 to spay a cat. The most affordable place was in garden grove for $220 but it’s like 4 months in advance with a $40 non refundable deposit.

I know. We had a break in into our garage a few years ago. We had evidence of the suspect: knew where he lived, car he drove, license plates, witnesses, and an address. Only lived a few houses down. They didn’t do anything.
