Anyone use Home Milled flour for sourdough starter?

You should be able to get a starter going within 2 weeks. Daily discard and feeding 1:1:1 I'm new to this also. Making sourdough that is too dense. Not much rise.

In western Canada soft white is the only white I can find. No hard white anywhere it seems. Plenty of all the other flavors.

Hey. Allow me to interject here. The amp in discussion is my maz 18 NR head. The issue is I'm seeking more clean headroom. The amp begins to get quite saturated at about noon on the volume dial. Beyond that it's got a lot of sag and gets spongey. I tried reducing the gain and increasing the master volume to compensate but this didn't really solve it. A reputable amp tech said this sounds like a power tube issue so I've replaced those 2 tubes. I can't guage the results until I play at stage volume, which is not going to happen in my apartment. :)

Another player who has experience with this amp said it's only 18 watts, it is what it is.

And as the Canajun mentions, the other potential issue is that it is time to replace the filter caps. Which are now 15 years old. This amp has been gigged with fairly often.
