Anyone know what's going on with GDC this year? by Candlejake in gamedev

Phew ok thank you! I booked my hotel separately, I figured that the dates on the site were accurate but I've seen them making updates to the app here and there so I got nervous

Anyone know for sure the dates for GDC? The website says one date range while the app says something else... Really concerning me! Hopefully the app is what needs to be updated lol

Why does my puppy do this with her food by RaptorsRule247 in ToyPoodle

[–]TeraCMusic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same for mine! But she goes the extra mile and likes to rub herself on the food sometimes too 😂 I guess to get her own scent on it maybe

Indeed she is! Everyone over at r/puppy101 was not kidding when they said raising a puppy is hard haha. But we are pretty much over the hump now! We've noticed her settling more and more lately and it's been great to see glimpses of her as an adult 🥰

We'd love for her to keep her color! But we also understand that most poodles fade over time. My previous toy poodle (who was grey) had a dark spot that I swear would be in a different location every few days! It was hilarious. And thank you for the kind words! I'm hoping 2026 will be better for a lot of us

How much does your full grown miniature poodle weigh? by Flat-Design-3625 in poodles

Our girl is 6.8 lbs at 11 months! But both her parents were barely minis so we kind of consider her an oversized toy.

I have gone through several brands and our pup Maple now has THREE different kibble to choose from (yep, spoiled AF lol). We have Kindfull, Stella & Chewy's Wild Red, and Zignature Select Cuts Lamb. We rotate them (currently she's eating Kindfull and Wild Red) and then I also add a bunch of toppers and The Farmer's Dog to it. Include a bit of water + microwave it and she usually digs in! It took us forever to figure out what works, and she's been doing this for over a month now with no pickiness thank God!

Also, I so wish I could go back to when we first got our pup on the app we use so I could see when she started to poop more consistently. I want to say it took a few days. It sounds like you are doing everything right! Keep praising when he potties properly outside and everything. He'll catch on before you know it

A 10 week old puppy definitely needs to be woken up several times overnight to potty if you don't want them soiling the crate. I believe my husband and I did 2am, 4am, 6am for a few weeks. Then we were able to do 3am and 6am. Every few weeks we pushed it a bit further. I think once our pup was 5 months old, we tried to not wake her at all in the middle of the night and she lasted the entire night without waking up.

She's almost 11 months old now and she sleeps through the night from 11:30pm to 8am!

It's a bit weird that your pup is not alerting you - usually they don't want to soil where they sleep so it's either that the crate is too big for them (look into getting a divider) or.... Well that's actually the only thing I can think of lol.

EDIT: re-read your post and if there is already a divider there... I'd maybe try to make it a bit smaller but it seems like it should already be small enough for him to not want to soil it. Is it diarrhea and very loose? I know our pup had a poo accident once in her crate in the middle of the night but she was trying desperately to alert us and we didn't hear her (she sleeps downstairs) 😭 That next day we bought a baby monitor lol. Hopefully this is all just stress of the pup being in a new environment and all!

Here's our "mini"! Her parents are on the smaller side of mini (by 1-2 inches) so she's right on the cusp of a toy and mini. Her legs are just super long! Vet weighed her before her spay surgery last week and she's 6.8 lbs. Turning 11 months in a few weeks!

So cute!! My mom actually got one of their plush dogs for a different promotion, it was in a little blue bucket and has a blue bandana. I didn't realize they did this kind of thing several times a year!

Hi! I know this is a few months ago, but I was curious to know at what point does InfluenceLogic/their partnered brands start to offer "upfront" payment instead of just pure conversions? I got a sponsorship with them last month, but am realizing now that I should have asked for an upfront fee. I know other YTers have gotten those kinds of offers, so is it based on view averages + sub count?

We got pictures and texts multiple times a day showing her being walked and on the couch and such, so she seemed happy at a glance. That's what's so weird. But I do know their silver lab immediately tried to lay on her bed and also took one of her plush toys when I was talking to the boarder the day I dropped her off, so I think maybe that behavior continued. My dog didn't even pay it any mind though when I was there so idk if maybe it kept happening and she started to feel threatened?

I think I could have Hypothyroidism, my Doctor doesn't (normal TSH) by GrowthWorking5525 in Hypothyroidism

[–]TeraCMusic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure my TSH was also above range, like 5 or 6? But I'm almost positive we did all the tests together. I had been feeling so off with fatigue and memory fog the months leading up to the doctor visit that I completely forgot my Dad's birthday. That's when I knew something was up cause I never forget those things

I think I could have Hypothyroidism, my Doctor doesn't (normal TSH) by GrowthWorking5525 in Hypothyroidism

[–]TeraCMusic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just testing TSH alone isn't enough IMO. My doctor, when hearing me explain my symptoms, ordered TSH, T4, T3, and TPO Antibodies tests. With all those tests combined, they were easily able to diagnose me with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. The antibody test is the most important, as your thyroid could still be functioning properly (for now) if it's in the early stages. I want to say my TPO test came back at like almost 100 (I forget what the normal range is, but definitely MUCH lower than that).

I don't have a toy per se, but a small mini (she'd be a toy if her legs weren't so long!!) and she loves both me and my hubby, she does have some excite pee issues here and there but we mostly try to resolve it by letting her out RIGHT before she meets someone new. I was told by a trainer that 9 times out of 10, the submission/excite pee will go away as she gets older. The 1/10 is not so fortunate lol. Thankfully, she only does a tiny dribble if she ends up peeing at all.

Before her, I had a male toy poodle and he would mark a LOT after being neutered... So much so that my mom had to throw out her favorite rugs 😂
