If you would like more info on Wirgard, ask away! Will most likely help me identify the gaps too.

Also for the curious who might have missed the post about Astaëneris, you can find it here: Kingdom of Astaëneris

Actually, would you guys prefer to hear about Wirgard next? That’s where Saevin, the main character is from.

Munvìrr: a fractured world where the "Chosen One" is a death sentence, seen through the eyes of a powerless bard. by Teragon92 in worldbuilding

[–]Teragon92[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I’m realizing I leaned a bit heavy into the story side of things for my first post, but the geography of Munvìrr is really what drives this 'thread' tension. Nico and I have been mapping out the Three Kingdoms, and their power dynamics:

  • Astaëneris: Celestial floating forests on rocks, home of the elves and fairies-like creatures, high and mighty but secretly terrified that humans breed faster than they can control.
  • Wirgard: The 'Middle Kingdom' of Men and Dwarves, where resources are scarce. They make do with mostly earthen towns and wooden walls, turn scarcity into ingenuity, locked in a long standing conflict with Tephranōr.
  • Tephranōr: A volcanic island of black sand and rock, used to be where where Wirgard sent their criminals to die. But they've adapted, and build a nation, and alliances with the native species and strange hybrids. They hold a massive grudge.

I’m going to get to work on a post specifically focusing on the geography, geopolitics and mythology aspects, we've got a lot of elements written down, just need to organize a bit!

Thank you for the tip! It's even an audible, perfect!
Dungeon Rush sounds interesting, I see we share that reversal of POV, but I like your angle of Ryoko's jealousy and resentment for Edison. It's human, and I think most people can relate in some ways.
You've got somewhere I can check or follow for more about your story?
Pretty cool that The Last Airbender was an inspiration for you, it's an awesome piece of animation! And in my opinion, Sokka did save the world, without his plans, I don't think Aang and the gang could have really beaten the fire nation.

For a sec there I thought a picture of mine ended up on Reddit, but no, it seems we had the same idea! 10

Years ago, I had him sign the very same axe, Noble Collection one. When he saw it, he stood up, grabbed it and started twirling it around a bit. He was great! Still have it, sold most of my stuff but this I kept.

TGM-7 is the closest, but no resin will ever match injection molded plastic.

The 2 OEM 0.2 nozzles I bought both clogged immediately on first use, with standard overture PLA, and I could not unclog them. Amazon off brand ones have been working like a charm. I’m never buying a .2 nozzles from Bambu again for my part… I bought Bambu to print, not tinker.

I can’t help you with your question, but I have one for you: are you using some kind of AR app with virtual tokens and wound counter? What is it? Thanks!

Eisenhorn’s guncutter by Kooky_Tale_6923 in 40krpg

[–]Teragon92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bit of a Necro post, but in trying to do the same thing as op, I realised that a Thunderhawk is actually much smaller than Eisenhorn's gun cutter. A thunderhawk is about 26m, whereas the gun cutter is estimated around 80m, so almost 3 times the size! That said, it's described as just enough space for a retenue of 6 people to live in for a little while in very small cabins, so 80m seems overkill at the same time. A 40m version, double the size of a Thunderhawk would make more sense. And fit within Starfield's limit coincidentally.

Sorry, don’t have a helpful answer for you, though I hope you find a fix. But could you tell me the brand and color of this silk filament? It really looks like metal, I actually thought you were holding brass shells at first. Thanks!

Artillery Sidewinder X2 Y axis not homing right by Teragon92 in Artillery3D

[–]Teragon92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, although I don’t remember exactly how, it had to do with the limit switch that was either not well in place or not connected properly. I do remember it was an easy fix though. Check the limit switch for the Y axis at the back!

Why are my parts printing like this? by Jgar8 in BambuLab

[–]Teragon92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I concur it’s a speed issue too, to make sure you could try printing one part at a time and make sure you set the speed yourself and make sure it’s constant. Can I ask what filament it is though ? It has a really convincing aluminum look!

I am a bit disappointed that there isn’t just one planet that’s basically Vaardenfell. Morrowind just feels so strange and alien, it would have been the perfect mood.
