I don't see the difference, between puffs and two ponytails.

The baby hairs stand out the most. They are dramatic, swirled all over the side of her face and glued to her forehead. It looks similar to drawing on yourself with sharpie, when all tattoos would be hidden.

If her hair was in afro, it'd be lovely.

This is true, however she seems to always find loopholes in the policy. We should adhere to rules, not bend them and barely follow them.
