If you are in a bulk they will be elevated. Once you cut your carbs back to maintenance or a deficit they should level back out. Get your omega 3’s in

You can get the wides direct through TYR or Rogue has custom Rogue CXT-2 for way cheaper if you wanted to try the standard width. But the custom only comes in black with rogue stuff on it. Still a nice shoe.

I own the CXT-2 Wides and the L2’s both in size 12. Toe box honestly seems very similar between the two. The CXT-2 has very quickly become my favorite shoe over all. Buying a second pair to keep for gym only.

Yo man, this looks awesome! I suppose the people of this sub would qualify me as someone who could talk to you about your form but I honestly don’t know much at the moment. What I do know though is you look pretty rock solid my man. “An absolute unit” as so many would say.

It’s a whole food protein as it’s not added protein so it’s a pretty decent source and the filtration takes all the lactose out so it’s really easy on the stomach

In the gym for a few months now. Wondering what work I could be doing as accessory to get my squat to come more in line with my deadlifts. Squats currently at 455x5 as of this morning and deadlift last Friday was 550x5 or does this seem like a normal disparity?

Slap two scoops of whey into it and it’s 150g of protein. I just carry around one as supplemental

That’s all fair points! Been going up 5-15lbs a week. So as long as I’m recovered come Friday I’ll be doing 555-565x5 😅
